Camping!

Before Devon started his first class this week, we took advantage of his free time and went camping twice. First to William O'Brian State Park and then to Itasca State Park -- both in Minnesota. We had a great time! Here are some pictures:

Welcome to Minneapolis!

Edmund loves his wagon. And, he loves riding and pulling! On the 4th, Faye had her first turn in the wagon. I think she liked it too!

Edmund tried his hand at poppers. You know, the little white-wrapped-gun powder-snap things you can throw on the ground to make a crackle!

Faye took to eating cereal like a fish to water.

Faye's pretty blue dress from Grandma Schiffman.

Our family successfully moved to Minneapolis! We are grateful for all the help we received on both ends of the move. We have been here for two weeks. We really like the housing community we live in. We were invited to a bbq with some new friends yesterday evening to celebrate the 4th of July. We also had the pleasure of visiting with some old friends from Madison now living in Oklahoma. These experiences have made moving to a new place a lot easier for me. (So not to be confused, the last few pictures were at our home in Madison. When our rooms are presentable, I will post some pictures of our new home!)

Catching Up

At the Synttendai Mai Festival this weekend we had the pleasure of listening to Percy play the musical saw!

Just some cute pictures of Faye!

Visit to the Zoo

Edmund was more interested in the "construction" that was going on at the zoo than he was in the animals!

Thanks, Aunt Sue!

Since we can't trust Edmund with a telephone call...he either will hang up, throw a tantrum or be completely silent, we decided to video a thank you for Aunt Sue! Hope you like it!
