The playground at Lake Joanna was treacherous! While Carter was running up the steps, he fell, hit his chin right on the edge of the step which caused his bottom teeth to cut the entire way through his lip. Getting the stitches was bad enough, but to have them taken out, I had to sit on top of him with my legs straddled on either side (while he was lying down on the exam room table) and my hands pinning down his arms so he could be restrained while the doctor pulled them out!
